Squad Leader Report

Since we will have met a number of times, this is not a full-length written exercise. Instead, just write a paragraph about a way you grew over your time as a squad leader: what you're proud of, how you improved (or want to), what you learned, how it may apply in other areas of your life, or especially how your brief time leading your squad gives you insight into any aspect of this course, from doctrines to disciple-making.

If you did not manage to meet more or less weekly during the time you were leading your squad, this may not be a good written assignment for you to submit, even if (as I hope) you learned and grew in the experience. The meetings really are integral to the assignment.
